Key Challenges

  • Being in the printing, production and distribution business for over 3 generations, they had an outdated system which was manual and disintegrated.
  • Their existing system was not tailored to cater to their growing requirements and production needs. There was a lack of real-time information for finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, and production. Most importantly, there was no formal system with control points to capture an overview of the company’s operational costs.
