We are a customer-oriented company and want to do everything possible to ensure your success in using our system. To this end, we have developed this area to:
- Track each reported technical question, request and error via an Incident Tracking System that will assign a unique tracking number for future reference by customers and internal staff to ensure successful resolution.
- Act as an interface between the customers and support consultants to ensure that the appropriate documentation has been provided to co-ordinate a timely response and resolution.
- Provide useful information and tips.
