Manufacturing processes are thus controlled strictly in accordance with these ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 procedures to achieve full customer satisfaction and harmony with the environment.

Installation

We are supported by a team of qualified and experienced technicians in our Service Division. Our team ensures that the required standard of workmanship and performance is achieved through uncompromised and constant supervision on installation, testing and adjustment works. With support from Japan and regional offices, our parts centre carries readily available stock of original parts. Using original parts will save you the distress of unnecessary breakdowns and escalating repair costs.

Safety and Quality Assurance

Our Service Quality Assurance Department carries out thorough inspection on equipment before commissioning in order to ensure compliance with local Codes of Practice as well as Hitachi's high standards of quality assurance. Annual inspection of equipment is carried out to ensure optimum performance with strong emphasis on safety.

Maintenance

Our reliable and efficient Maintenance Team carries out proper servicing of equipment, with a 24–hour backup service to tackle any breakdowns that may occur.

With the continuous training and stringent guidelines set up by Hitachi Ltd., Japan and Hitachi Building Systems Co. Ltd., we are able to achieve optimum performance at all times.

Our “Modernisation” programme offers a speedy and cost effective way to modernise the conventional relay control lift to our latest control system. There are also various modernisation options available to integrate all at once or in phases when necessary to ease budget constraints or to minimise disruptions to elevator service.

Innovative and relevant solutions are needed for companies to meet the increasing challenges of operating in a globalised environment. Our team of experienced consultants and engineers offer consultation, management system, design system, process control engineering, project management and installation.

Training and Engineering Support

Our in–house training and external training courses conducted both locally and in Japan, equip our staff with the latest technology and skills in elevator maintenance engineering. Special diagnostic tools and maintenance tools developed by Hitachi Ltd., Japan for thorough identification of faults are available. In addition to our local engineers, we have Japanese engineers stationed in Singapore too to give technical advice.
