Supported by qualified and experienced technicians, our Service Division ensures that the required standard of workmanship and performance are achieved through uncompromised and constant supervision on the installation, testing and adjustment works.

Our Service Quality Assurance Department carries out thorough inspection on equipment before commissioning, in order to ensure compliance with local Codes of Practice as well as Hitachi’s high standards of Quality Assurance. Annual inspection of equipment is carried out to ensure optimum performance with strong emphasis on safety.

Our reliable and efficient Maintenance Team carries out proper servicing of equipment, and provides a 24-hour backup service to tackle any breakdowns that may occur. With the continuous training and stringent guidelines set up by Hitachi, we are able to achieve optimum performance at all times.

In line with our aim to continuously improve the quality of our products and services for you, we established an Integrated Management System that embraces the essence of both the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
